"I went to pick up a couple..."
I went to pick up a couple of Mindray accessories, and wow, the prices were something else. Some of these looked like basic parts, but somehow had price tags that made me double-check I wasn’t buying a small appliance. There wasn’t much explanation for why they cost so much either, so I was left feeling like the main feature was just “it’s for medical equipment, so pay up.” Not exactly what I’d call good value.

"Invoice was mostly right, but confusing"
My order came through fine and the invoice was mostly accurate, but one of the item names looked different from what I expected, so I had to stop and double-check it. Not a huge problem, but it was a little confusing. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear who owned the issue or who I was supposed to ask about it, so I felt like I had to figure it out myself.

"Didn’t feel comfortable ordering from them"
I checked out mindrayaccessories.com.au, but I just didn’t feel that comfortable using it. Maybe I’m reading into it, but when a site feels a bit unclear, I usually assume there’s probably a reason I’m hesitating.

Some of the details seemed hard to confirm, and a few things felt like they were missing. It might be totally fine, but based on what I was seeing, I couldn’t really build enough trust to go ahead with an order.
With medical accessories, I tend to expect a site to be really straightforward and transparent. I ended up deciding I’d rather buy from somewhere that gives me a more reliable feeling from the start.

"Tech support was kinda useless"
I hit up support about an issue with an accessory, they were no help at all. They kept sending these super vague replies like they were just copy-pasting stuff, and it took forever to get a response. In the end, nothing got fixed. Annoying tbh, I wouldn’t bother using them again

"Getting my refund was so frustrating"
I reached out about my refund and the whole thing just dragged on way longer than it should have. The replies were slow, half the time they weren’t even clear, which made it even more stressful. I felt like I had to keep chasing them over and over just to get a straight answer. It was such a frustrating experience, and I really don’t think I’d buy from here again

"Pretty disappointed with the shipping"
I ordered expecting it to be a simple process, but the shipping ended up being a mess. The tracking barely updated, and it took longer to arrive than I was originally told. I also had to reach out myself to figure out what was going on, which was really frustrating. i’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Returning it turned into a whole thing"
The return process was way more frustrating than I expected. I sent it back thinking, okay, this should be straightforward, but then days kept passing and I barely heard anything. And you know when you start checking your email like, wait, did I miss something? That was me. The refund still hasn’t been sorted, which is the main issue, but the slow replies made the whole thing feel even more annoying.

In my experience, getting help with the warranty was a bit slower than I would’ve liked. I had to follow up a few times before I got a proper response. To be fair, they did eventually get back to me, but I personally expected the whole process to move a lot quicker

"Packaging felt a bit careless"
I ordered a few accessories and, to be fair, everything showed up and worked fine. But am I missing something, or should medical-related items be packed a little more carefully? The box was partly crushed when it arrived, and there was barely any padding inside.
Luckily nothing was damaged, but the whole thing just didn’t feel very secure or thoughtful. Maybe it was a one-off, but it definitely makes me hesitate about ordering again if this is how they usually ship stuff.

"Not sure I’d order again"
I ordered because it looked like the part was in stock, but after I paid, I found out it was actually on backorder. Maybe I missed something on the page, but I really don’t think it was made clear. The updates were slow too, and I ended up having to follow up myself just to get vague answers with no real date. It was frustrating, especially when you’re waiting on parts you actually need. I’d be hesitant to order again unless they do a better job showing what’s really in stock.

"Arrived fast, but the quality wasn’t great"
My order showed up quickly, which was nice!! But the cables felt kind of cheap, and after just a few uses one of the connectors started feeling loose. I really wanted to like it, but I’m not too happy with the quality.

"Decent site, but a little frustrating when you're tired"
The site was okay to use overall. I was already feeling mentally drained, so the slower pages and slightly confusing layout stood out more than they probably would’ve otherwise. I did manage to find most things without too much trouble, but it didn’t feel super smooth. Not a bad experience, just could be a bit easier and clearer to navigate.

"One item was wrong, and I’m tired of chasing fixes"

It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but I’m getting tired of having to explain simple order issues and wait around for someone to sort them out. Just wish it had been checked properly before it was sent...

"Staff didn’t seem to know their own products"
I was trying to get help with some parts, but the staff really didn’t seem to know much about what they were selling. I kept getting bounced around and told to contact someone else, which turned into a frustrating support loop with no clear answer. Disappointing experience overall.

"Checkout was such a headache"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing... then somehow my cart just emptied itself. I had to re-enter all my details, and even after that, I never got a proper confirmation. Super annoying, honestly, it felt like a total waste of time
